After being motivated initially, there comes the second part - staying motivated when you don’t feel the same excitement as you did in the beginning. Perhaps something new has come into your life and your old goal isn’t as much of a priority anymore. Perhaps you skipped a day or two and now you can’t get back into it. Perhaps you screwed up and got discouraged.

If you can get yourself excited again, and keep going, you’ll get there eventually. But if you give up, you won’t. It’s your choice — accomplish the goal, or quit. Here’s how you can stop from quitting, and get to your goal.

As we thank God, lets also recommit ourselves to being a channel of good things to the people that God has put around us. Because even as we share this life with others, we receive it more abundantly in our own lives. Don't be so quick to judge others...Most defiantly lead by the will of the Lord!

Pampering 4 Life...

In an environment like we have now, whatever we do, we are absorbing an increasing amount of dangerous toxins each day. Then, it will come to some point in our life that we all become addicted and require a detoxification of our bodies like drinking fluids as a basic start. We are already informed that this problem is constantly getting worse in a span of time and nothing has to let it happen in the days to come. Nobody knows how this thing happens. What we have to do at this moment is how to act on this problem. Now, it is the right time for our administration who must be giving solutions regarding this crisis which is to act and accomplish something else in order to enhance the quality of our daily living and our health as well.

Persistent Poisons

At first, we have to understand accurately how these toxic substances which are spreading through our environment are gong to influence our state of mind, various organs in our body and our different senses. Frequently, persons could be affected, at times it is hazardous and some were deadly, and the indications vary from one person to another. Sometimes when symptoms are visible to a person and to another person it is not.

Poison Is Not Just a Physical Thing

Reflect on this. Nearly every one of us believes that being poisoned is merely a physical thing. Unluckily, for those who do not know anything about this, it is not always this case. Nowadays, we have to bear continuous adverts that always inform us that our efforts are still lacking. This is being aggravated when we see very pretty women and very good looking guys which only strengthen our belief that we not really good enough. There will be feeling of depression and feeling of insufficiency that will begin to occupy our lives and our normal state of mind. And before we realize it, is that we are already having some depression, anxiety, irritation, nervous tension, and a massive amount of other psychiatric problems that could destroy relationships with other people and our own families as well.     

It Is the Truth That Food Is a Piece of Junk!

At the present, we have to think about things inside our body. There is a saying that our body is a temple and the rest is really right. This means that what we take inside our body has a direct effect on our health at the present and most especially on our health in the future. Majority of knowledgeable people such as physicians and scientists, approved that nearly all of foods nowadays could be classified and identified as a junk. Very seldom those fibers, vitamins and other good stuffs are mostly edible. Most people who are too busy like accountants and computer workers eat fast and mostly they eat junk food with oily and salty content and some were derived from rotten materials. This junk or garbage foods creating our organs function very hard due to the fact that there will no assistance to accomplish their job. It is like adding water and not an oil in the car. It will function for a short period of time but the machine is not that well-organized and is not acquiring the proper maintenance and lubrication needed. Thus, they have to seek for a mechanic or somebody who is skilled in that field like a doctor for his patients. Provided that we have to recognize that there is something incorrect before the engine got worse.

The atmosphere we have now is so contaminated with toxins that our lungs has difficulty handling the toxin and chemical substances present in the air. That is why people sometimes suffer from cough and shortness of breath.

Enduringly in Danger

Food stuffs that have been derived from farms treated with pesticides, fertilizers, herbicides and other chemicals that have the possibility to initiate dangerous chemical toxins into our system. The other organs inside of our body such as the kidneys, liver and blood need to function eventually in order for the excretion of risky amount of those chemicals or pollutants from our body. Aside from that, the nutrients we acquire from the foods we eat will decrease its value and resulting in the weakening of the internal organs and not be able to function well. Red meat especially is another example of food stuff that will take a long time to break down and digested by the body. The liver then has to increase its function in order to break down the meat into a suitable level of digestion. The factory-processed foods and products from fast food chains even hold a large amount of food coloring agents, fat and other chemical that are beneficial to a better health.

Choose Love...God is Love

"Many waters cannot quench love." Song of Solomon 8:7

Infidelity cannot quench love. Adultery cannot quench loves. Sickness
cannot quench love. Hard times cannot quench love. Lack of
communication cannot quench love. Deceitfulness cannot quench love.
Lies cannot quench love. Anger cannot quench love. Disappointment
cannot quench love. If anything could quench love, God would have
stopped loving us a long time ago!

When God puts your marriage together, NOTHING can destroy it, except
your choice not to love. There may need to be a separation for a
season, where both parties are seeking God, especially if abuse is
involved. But, ultimately, if God said he or she is for your life,
NOTHING will change that.

The enemy knows this. So, he will attempt to throw many stumbling
blocks your way to encourage you not to love the one person God has
custom designed and created just for you from the very foundations of
the world. But, if you can persevere and love in spite of, the way
the Father has chosen to love us inspite of, there still exists a
love that water cannot quench.

How powerful is water? Water is so powerful that when God destroyed
the earth the first time, He used water. Now, imagine being so
engulfed in love, that nothing can put out the fire that burns in
your heart for that special one, including water. You can have that
when you decide to let go and let God. Whatever is hindering you from
loving the one you KNOW God has chosen for your life, give it to God
and see what He can do with it. Love can survive anything!

Nothing is too hard for God. He is not trying to figure out how to
fix your marriage. It's already fixed. He's just waiting on you to
let go, let God, and watch him take the broken pieces of your
marriage and make it whole again. Wherever you are failing to love,
you've got to begin to ask God to help you obtain an agape love (A
Godly love that never ceases.)

What you can't fix, God can. Who you can't love, God can. I'll be
honest, this type of love will never be found in your strength. It
can only be found with His strength. Ask Him for His strength to love
the one who seems the most unloveable. Out of everything you could
ever ask God for, He will never not grant you the ability to love
like Him. Why? Because love begots restoration and resurrection.

God specializes in resurrection. If He ordained it, He will maintain
it. Despite what others may say, your restoration doesn't have to
take long. Your restoration and resurrection is according to your
faith. When you believe it is so? If your so is now, then it is so
RIGHT NOW.

If He can raise Jesus from the dead in just three days, how much more
can He resurrect your marriage and restore it back into a place of
peace, love, prosperity, wisdom, kindness, and understanding. But,
your first step has to be letting go of the hurt, and being honest
enough with God to say, "Lord, I cannot do this without your help or
your strength."

God is good all the time. Today, just try love.

Emotional Bondage

Awaken with the feeling of emotional bondage. I've made my errors in life and it seems like a lifetime of repentance...I forgive me for all my transgressions!!!

With many male/female relationships some may find themselves emotionally attached but on the extreme side being in emotional bondage.

With emotional bondage these types of chains invisibly bind a person to one another, not only chaining their emotions but chaining their thought and mind processes where they get to the point of ignoring or not recognizing the negative impact of this bondage.

I came across an old journal entry of mine that I had written when I was frustrated with my ex-boyfriend back in April of '05. I was in an emotional wreck. I was going back and forth on how he supposedly loved me, but his actions did not show it. I was upset, confused, and angry and felt rejected but then I was stoked that someone was there who supposedly loved me.

It was like a web of deceit had been spun with my emotions and the cobwebs were starting to set-up in my mind. Setting forth unnatural attachments that I knew didn't line up with God's promises. Wanting to let go, but then wanting to stay, back and forth...

One must recognize the negative emotional attachments that possibly are being set-up:

Is your relationship truly exemplifying a Godly relationship?

Do you find yourself doing and saying things based on your emotions only?

To break free of emotional bondage, one must value integrity, commit to live by it and with it, and then find the courage to dare to embrace it. A leap, rather, many leaps of faith, must be made, until she discovers she really wants to be a woman of integrity, and that she can be, and will be.

Prayer:

Lord I come to you today praying for emotional stability in relationships. Please show your people that you care for every inch of their being including their emotions. Show them what love really is and let them see it reflected in their relationships in your will Lord. For you Lord, everything is for your glory; break the ties of emotional bondage so they might have toxic emotional deliverance and self control. I plead the Blood of Jesus...AMEN
